TAHOMA

Tahoma is a relatively new hop, as it was released by Washington State University in 2013. Tahoma is a daughter of Glacier, which is known for its low cohumulone levels. A low cohumulone level can result in clean and smooth bitterness in a beer. Tahoma's backbone is citrus aroma, with orange, grapefruit, and lemon all prevalent. Some mild spicy, peppery, and woody/cedar tones may also be noted to round out this rising star in the hop world.                                                             Styles: All purpose, Blonde Ale, Wheats, Lager, US style ales, IPA  Substitutions: Glacier, Willamette
